What is a Misfit or What Makes a Misfit?
First of all, the Misfits Club is an old school car club. It is not a car club like other car clubs. It is a social club, just a bunch of guys that build hot rods and help each other work on hot rods. Most of our cars are in the 50’s and older. They are slammed to the ground and are loud in primed or flat paint. Some are shiny because they are trophy whores (Mark).
We are not Rat Rods or Good Guys.
We are the original old guys that have built hot rods since the 40’s, 50’s and 60’s.
We just have fun, drink beer and swap lies.
So, I think to be a Misfit you must have an old school hot rod slammed to the ground and you must drive the car.
Most of all, you must be accepted by all of us.
I love our club the way it is. It’s cool, and it must be cool because we have guys from other countries that want to be a Misfit and are!
