RIP Emmitt and Georgia
Sad news to relay that Emmitt passed away on Friday, shortly after his wife Georgia, who passed away on Tuesday.
I only got to meet Emmitt a few times as he was already in failing health when I started to hang around with the Misfits. He was an interesting, straight up no BS guy. A hot rodder to the core. One of those deals where you wish you knew someone earlier. We did talk about his cars and he gave me photos to scan in, which you can check out here
I know the guys really liked Emmitt and their friendships go back a long ways.
The Wake will be held on Thursday 10/23 with the funeral on Friday 10/24.
