* Old Marais River Run Car Show Old Marais River Run Car Show

The Over the Road Gang, Inc. has throughout the years focused on presenting a family oriented event that could be enjoyed by both young and old. Located in beautiful Forest Park, in Ottawa, Kansas, you will enjoy two days of fun and entertainment in one of the premiere outdoor facilities in eastern Kansas; it would seem this park, with a strong shade tree population and ample grass parking, was tailor made for this event. Our event begins on Friday evening with an open cruise at Forest Park, giving those who do not meet the 1972 cut-off, the opportunity to be a part of the activities. Saturday is the show and shine portion followed by a 60s profile cruise in the downtown business district, during the event, allowing the throngs of spectators to actually see and hear the show vehicles in motion. Sunday returns to the park and a continuation of the show and shine. A church service is offered for those who wish to attend. The day is capped-off by the awards presentation and the announcement of the major door prize winners.
