Every year on the 4th weekend in June, VAA Chapter 16 hosts the annual Greater Kansas City Area Vintage Fly-in at the Gardner, Kansas Municipal Airport (K34), “The Best Little Airport in Kansas.” Started in 2002, this event has become the largest vintage and antique airplane fly-in in the area. The 2007 Fly-In was written up in the Vintage Airplane magazine’s March 2008 edition. Join us for a good, old fashioned fly-in featuring grass runways, the smell of burgers, a fly market and camaraderie!
