Second and final coats of paint are on. We scuffed it back and Mark repainted it on Friday Night. The additional coats of paint came out a lot flatter (satin-er) and a lighter color. Assembled on Saturday and took photos below. First one with me taking off the masking tape, next when it first saw the sunlight at Marks place and finally at my place after driving it home (ducking and weaving around any slush on the roads). You can see the pearl really hits when its in the light. I know it looks good as people were staring at it on the freeway before they saw the motor!
Thanks again to Mark, Rudy and all the misfits who stopped by and helped out (If I name names I’ll forget someone!). Now its cleanup for W.o.W.
