He was an interesting, straight up no BS guy.  A hot rodder to the core.  One of those deals where you wish you knew someone earlier.  We did talk about his cars and he gave me photos to scan in, which you can <a href=\"http:\/\/www.misfitsmidwest.com\/members\/Misfits_Members\/Emmitt\/Emmitt.html\" title=\"Emmitts Cars\">check out here<\/a><\/p>\n<p>I know the guys really liked Emmitt and their friendships go back a long ways.<\/p>\n<p>The Wake will be held on Thursday 10\/23 with the funeral on Friday 10\/24.  <\/p>\n<p>RIP<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sad news to relay that Emmitt passed away on Friday, shortly after his wife Georgia, who passed away on Tuesday.
