The Effing Cold Tow Truck

It was at an auction in Effingham, KS and it was F’ing cold!  I learned that I should invest in a brown jacket or overalls like almost everyone else had on.  If the auctioneer had of said “sold to the guy in the brown jacket” there would of been a stampede.  I went as I had a fancy for the 1936 Dodge Pickup (the 1/2 ton one), but reality is different to pictures on a computer and it wasn’t for me.  Rudy and Mark pooled the club funds together but figured they would come up short on the tow truck so we bailed before the snow flurry hit.  Anyway the tow truck was a real time warp and would have been cool to own if you had the luxury of a place to keep it (and cash!).  I could just see it as tail end charlie when we go to Salina!
