New tires on the 49

As I get closer to starting on the 49, I put some new tires on it. These are the new American Classic Radials that look like bias ply tires.
In the photo the ground is sloped to the side the photo is taken on. Pressure is 32lbs, I am going to up it to 34lbs. Coker recommends a max of 35lbs. I think they look good. They balanced ok and ride ok. Only driven 30 miles in the dry… I did take the old girl up to 65mph on the freeway, no shake shimmy or lane jumping but it was a nice smooth freeway.

The car needs a wash as its been sitting in that unit for more than year, but its now at the house as I ponder annihilating the mouse smell!
